How can you increase the amount of Dopamine your brain produces without using AHDH medication such as Ritalin.
Can you make your body and brain produce more through diet and/or exercises?
If so, what foods and types of exercises will work best?

Anti-psychotic (Neuroleptic) medication is one way, examples are Risperidone, Quetiapine, Haloperidol.

Dopamine is strongly linked to reward. Activities like sex, gambling, and drugs/alcohol will increase it. Not that I recommend unhealthy choices.

  4. Are you sure that Ritalin increases dopamine? I believe that some medications increase the sensitivity of the brain to dopamine but don’t necessarily increase the amount of dopamine.

    I may be mistaken though.
